Customer Reviews
Fun afternoon out
Went with my sister last week. We just got the General Admission tickets online, no fuss. It was pretty cool, seeing all the old outfits and instruments. Took a few hours to wander through everything. The cafe looked nice too but we didn't stop. Overall, a nice way to spend an afternoon in Liverpool. Easy peasy.
Good value for family
I bought the Family Ticket for our visit. I was looking for something that wouldn't break the bank for all of us, and this bundle deal really helped. It felt like a solid saving compared to buying individual tickets. The experience itself was well worth what we paid; plenty to see and do without feeling rushed. Definitely a good option if you're trying to save a few quid.
Consistently good visits
This wasn't my first time at the BME. I actually have an Annual Pass, which I upgraded to after my second visit. It's always a reliable place for a few hours of interesting stuff. This last time, I specifically went to check out the Cilla Black Exhibition. It was just as well-organized as previous special exhibits. They keep things fresh enough to make the annual pass worth it, and getting in is always seamless. No surprises, which is a good thing for me.
Smooth experience, interesting exhibits
I booked a Student Ticket for my visit to the British Music Experience last month. The online ordering process was straightforward on the Admit-One platform, and I received the e-tickets via email almost instantly. Entry at the Cunard Building was quick; they just scanned my phone. The exhibits themselves were well-curated, with lots of memorabilia and interactive displays. I particularly liked the Gibson Interactive Studio, which was a nice touch. The exhibition guidebook I bought at the shop was informative, though a bit pricey. Overall, a very positive experience.
Easy booking, good music history
Booked General Admission online. Got tickets fast. The exhibition was interesting, lots of history. Spent about three hours there. No issues at all. Recommend for music fans.

Thinking of heading to the BME next month, anyone know if they still do the NHS discount? My mate said they did but not sure if that's still a thing.
Hey, wondering how long people usually spend at the British Music Experience? Trying to plan my day in Liverpool and wanna know if I should block out 2 hours or more.
